Banana10 unit(s)
Wheat flour3 cup
Baking powder1 teaspoon
Sugar2 cup
Butter4 tablespoon
Milk360 ml
Eggs2 cup
Sugar for sprinkling2 tablespoon

Mix the flour, sugar and yeast.
On a baking sheet, place a layer of the mixture and another layer of sliced banana, layer by layer.
Then mix the melted butter, warm milk and eggs.
Place on the baking sheet covering the layers and start poking holes for the liquid to enter the layers.
Sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Baking time 45 minutes depending on the oven.
