- Good quality ready-made dulce de leche (choose one that is very firm)400 g
- Sliced bananas10 unit(s)
- Packet of crushed cornstarch biscuits1/2 unit(s)
- Cooking margarine200 g
- Teaspoon of cinnamon powder for sprinkling1 tablespoon
- Mix the crushed biscuit (like flour, very finely) with the cooking margarine, with your fingertips, until a smooth dough forms. Line the bottom in an open way (false bottom) and bake for just 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Remove. Let the dough cool.
- Place the dulce de leche over the cooled dough. Flatten to lay flat.
- Chop the bananas into slices, and distribute them over the dulce de leche.
- Place the cream on top (if you prefer, you can whip it to make a whipped cream) and smooth it out.
- Take a sieve, you can also use a mini blowtorch, spread the optional cinnamon over the top, passing it through the sieve, so that it sprays better throughout the pie.
- Leave in the fridge for 3 hours before unmolding optional. Just serve, do it later, tell me how it stayed 🤝😘
