- Separate the whites and yolks and beat the whites until stiff and set aside.
- Whisk the egg yolks, sugar and oil until well blended.
- Then add the wheat flour and milk mix well and add the yeast and the snow white.
- Place 2 cups of sugar in a mold and let it melt then place the sliced bananas.
- Place the dough on top of the syrup and banana.
- Bake for 30 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees, test with a knife to see if it is already baked, as soon as you take it out of the oven, leave it for about 3 minutes and unmold. It will come out perfect.
