- Ingredients
- Recipe
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Xylitol or sweetener of your choice1 tablespoon
- Water3 tablespoon
- Banana (I used silver)2 unit(s)
- Coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Water2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Mix the oatmeal, almond flour, coconut oil and xylitol in a bowl and add the water gradually. The dough has to be moldable but not liquid and not too soft. She gets a little sticky. Separate silicone molds and arrange the dough on the base and sides of your molds. Make it as thick as you like. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown but not burnt. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Mash the bananas with a fork and place in a pan over low heat with the coconut oil, honey and water. Stir constantly until you reach the point of a sweet. It needs to come off the pan. Take the dough bases and fill while still hot. Let cool and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Now it's just a delight.
