- Dulce de leche250 g
- Fresh cream400 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Amarula (optional)25 ml
- Chocolate powder to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Grind the cookies in a food processor until they look like crumbs.
- Melt the butter and mix with the farofa until it has the texture of wet sand.
- In a shape with a removable bottom, place the mixture on the surface and knead well (if you want you can make a border)
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
- Let it cool down a bit and put it in the freezer.
- In a pan, place the dulce de leche, add 100g of dulce de leche and the amarula, stir non-stop over low heat until it boils.
- Pour the cream into the dough and on top place the banana in slices in a circular shape.
- Beat the cream with the sugar until whipped cream, put it on top, making peaks with the spatula, sprinkle chocolate and cinnamon powder and take it to the fridge.
- Let it rest for at least 1 hour and serve.
