- Margarine at room temperature3 tablespoon
- Silver Banana6 unit(s)
- Dulce de leche200 g
- Whipped cream2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Grind 2 packages of cookies with the margarine and line a 24cm removable bottom or ovenproof dish.
- Poke holes in the dough with a fork and bake for 5 minutes (depends on the oven) and let it cool.
- Place the dulce de leche and cover with sliced bananas, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and refrigerate.
- After 1h beat the whipped cream (it needs to be cold) and cover the pie, if you want you can put more cinnamon on top! Then it is ready for consumption.
