- Cornstarch Biscuit (or similar) package1 unit(s)
- Dulce de leche1 can(s)
- Whipped cream (box)1 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Set aside the ingredients near the stove.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and add the cinnamon stick and star anise.
- Banana jam: in a pan, place the sugar and melt it. When it melts (once it's a little darker), put the banana, star anise and cinnamon stick. Stir until firm and release from the bottom of the pan.
- Remove the jam from the pan so it can cool faster.
- Crush the cookies, place them on a platter.
- Crushed biscuit -> dulce de leche -> banana jam -> whipped cream
- NOTE: you can make more layers, or change the order. NOTE: when finishing with whipped cream, play with creativity, you can put cinnamon powder on top, chocolate shavings, etc.
