- condensed milk2 can(s)
- Ripe bananas7 unit(s)
- Chantilly cream200 ml
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Cook the condensed milk in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes (count the time after it starts to sizzle). Preferably do this the day before and let it freeze well.
- Crush the cookies in the processor or blender. Add the melted butter and stir until it forms a ball.
- Spread this mass in a large shape with a removable background. Keep adjusting with your hands. Take to medium oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool well.
- Place the condensed milk very cold and on top the bananas cut into slices.
- Whip the whipped cream according to package directions. Cover the pie using a pastry bag or just spreading with a spoon.
- Finish sprinkled with cinnamon powder to taste Serve very cold This pie is great when made 1-2 days in advance.
