- Place the cornstarch cookies in the food processor or blender to crush. Place the Biscuit flour in a bowl and then the melted butter. Mix well until it forms a dough. Place the dough in a pie tin with the false bottom and bake for 10 minutes. In the oven preheated to 180°C. Let cool.
- With the pie already cold, put the dulce de leche, then cut the bananas into slices and place on the dulce de leche. Beat the whipped cream in the mixer and then place it over the banana, closing the entire pie. Finally, sift the cinnamon powder or if you prefer cocoa powder. Place in the fridge for 2 hours before unmolding and serving.
