- Cornstarch Cracker, 2 packs800 g
- Butter or margarine250 g
- Dulce de leche400 g
- Bananas300 g
- Sour cream600 g
- Sugar150 g
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- In a bowl, grind the cookies, (in Curitiba we speak like this kkk), mix with the butter, (it can be margarine), spread in a form of your preference, put in the oven preheated to 180° for 7 mins, remove and leave cool down
- Mix 400g of dulce de leche with 200g of cream (makes more), pour over the cookie bed
- Cut the bananas into thin slices, spread over the dulce de leche
- Beat 400g of cream with 150g of sugar until it resembles whipped cream, cover the bananas.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top
- Let it freeze as long as it takes, (cold is better)
