- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Very Ripe Silver Banana6 unit(s)
- Whipped cream (box of whipping cream)1 can(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Put the condensed milk to cook for about 25 minutes in the pressure cooker. After cooking, let it cool.
- Grind the cookies little by little in the blender until you get a very fine crumb.
- Melt the butter or margarine in the microwave or in a water bath.
- Mix the melted butter in the biscuit crumbs, incorporating it all, until it becomes a dough.
- Line the bottom of a form with the cookie dough and butter. If you have a better removable bottom shape, but it's not essential, you can use whatever you have.
- Add the dulce de leche (cooked condensed milk) over the cookie dough.
- Cut the bananas into slices or lengthwise and place them on top of the dulce de leche. Do not peel and cut them first, as they may turn black.
- I add the whipped cream over the bananas. If you have a pastry bag, you can use it to decorate as you prefer.
- Garnish with bananas and sprinkled cinnamon.
