- Grind the cornstarch cookies in a food processor or blender.
- Place in a bowl and add butter (or margarine). Mix with your fingertips, forming a crumb that can stick.
- Line a mold with this cookie mixture and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the bananas into slices and whip the whipped cream. When the whipped cream is almost done, add the powdered milk and beat for 1 more minutes. He stands firm.
- Remove the form from the oven and let it cool. Spread the dulce de leche, place the banana slices and sprinkle cinnamon.
- Cover with whipped cream and refrigerate.
