- Sour cream200 ml
- whipped cream300 ml
- Small banana4 unit(s)
- Lemon Juice1/2 ml
- Cinnamon to taste
- In a processor or in a blender, crush the cookies until they are like crumbs, set aside in a bowl - if you choose to use a blender, use it in pulsar mode.
- Place the butter in the microwave every 20 seconds until it melts completely. Then add the biscuit and mix well until it has a moist consistency.
- Transfer the mixture to a roasting pan, spreading it out to bake evenly. Take it to the preheated oven and let it bake for 15 minutes, but keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. After roasted and crispy, set aside.
- Meanwhile, make the stuffing. In a bowl, add the dulce de leche and cream. With the help of a mixer, beat until the mixture is homogeneous. Reserve.
- Peel the bananas and cut into not very thin slices. Place them in a container and squeeze half a lemon on top to prevent them from turning brown too quickly. Mix gently so that the lemon covers all the slices, without crushing them. Set aside - you can add a little sugar and heat to make a caramelized banana.
- With a mixer, beat the whipped cream at low speed and gradually increase it until it is very consistent - before beating, remember to leave the whipped cream for about 30 minutes in the freezer. Reserve.
- Now it's time to ride! In a bowl, place the ingredients in this order: crushed cornstarch biscuits, banana slices, dulce de leche and whipped cream. Repeat the process to make another layer.
- Finish with whipped cream on top and, if desired, sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
- Take the fridge and leave it for about 2 hours until it gets pretty cold. Then just serve!
- Another option for crushing the cookies is to place them in a plastic bag and flatten them with a heavy object, such as a rolling pin.
