- Dough: unsalted butter (chilled in cubes)200 g
- A pinch of salt to taste
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Egg yolk1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Filling: Dulce de leche700 g
- Ripe banana (chopped to taste)7 unit(s)
- whipped cream200 ml
- A pinch of cinnamon powder to taste
- Mix the chilled butter, salt, sugar and egg yolk
- Gradually add the wheat flour, mix (squeezing with your fingertips) until you form a homogeneous mass.
- Line the dough in the bottom and sides in a way with a removable bottom, pierce the dough with the help of a fork
- Take the fridge for about 1 hour, after that, take it straight to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until it is lightly golden. Let it cool and book
- Put a part of the dulce de leche, the banana, the rest of the dulce de leche, the whipped cream on the base of the pie and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
