- This recipe is the basis of my sweets, they are soft and light on the palate. Add the condensed milk with the cream and unsalted butter, place over medium/high heat and stir constantly with the spatula. The point of my sweets is when I turn the pan down a little and the cream no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan, it unites with the cream and falls evenly without leaving anything on the bottom, if it still leaves something stuck, mix more a little in the pan and check the point once more.
- I always add 10% of the total amount of the mixture for flavorings (chocolate powder, nesquik, grated coconut), that is, if the final mixture yields 800g, I will add 80g of chocolate powder.
