- Chocolate powder (powder)1 tablespoon
- Yeast (one capful)1 teaspoon
- Take the bowl you set aside and beat the eggs in it, the melted butter and the sugar until everything turns into a light and fluffy mixture.
- Then add the flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla essence and stir in the mixer until everything is incorporated. The final result will be very similar to the previous one, just a little more “full-bodied”.
- Take the chocolate powder and the chocolate chips or shavings and add to the mixture. Put everything in the mixer for another minute until the dough is homogeneous. In the meantime, let the oven preheat to 160 degrees.
- Divide the batter between the cupcake liners until it is a little more than half full. Place in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until they rise and become firm. Be careful when doing the toothpick test, because as we put the chocolate chips, it is possible that the toothpick comes out dirty even if the dough is ready.
- So look carefully; if it comes out very dirty, it means the cupcakes still need to stay in the oven a little longer; if it comes out with just chocolate, your cupcake is ready!
- You can fill the cupcake.com with whatever filling you want and finish it to your liking. I used brigadeiro and a Blacksmith Rocher 🤤🤤🤤
