- Milk500 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Sieved yolk1 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1/2 tablespoon
- Strawberries1 to taste
- With the fire off, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and mix well.
- Add the condensed milk, cream and the sieved yolk. Mix and only then turn on the fire
- Cook over low heat non-stop for 10-15 minutes.
- When it starts to bubble, turn off the heat and add the vanilla essence.
- Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
- After the cream is very cold, serve in a container with strawberries and whipped cream (optional)
