- Beat the milk and the fruits in the mix or blender.
- Then add the chia seeds and flaxseeds, you will notice that the vitamin thickens more after adding the chia seeds with flaxseeds as they have a gelatinous function after being moistened.
- If you prefer more liquid the vitamin, add more milk. There is no need to sweeten because the fruits already do this function, but if you want more sweetness, add a natural sweetener or honey.
