- refined sugar250 g
- Chocolate Powder300 g
- Wheat Flour300 g
- Unsalted butter200 g
- Chopped semisweet chocolate250 g
- Parchment paper to taste
- Dulce de leche to taste
- Chopped Strawberry to taste
- Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave and set aside.
- In a mixer beat the eggs with the sugar for about 2 minutes.
- Add the melted chocolate with the butter and beat more to mix.
- Add the chocolate powder and continue beating until smooth.
- Finally add the wheat little by little and beat until the dough is very homogeneous.
- Line a large rectangular pan with parchment paper and butter over the parchment.
- Pour the brownie dough inside and spread evenly with the help of a silicone spatula.
- Take to oven 200ºC to bake between 35-40 minutes. Until baked but still a little moist inside.
- Expect to cool down well and cut the brownie squares with the help of a cutter.
- Cut the brownie in half to stuff it, add the dulce de leche and chopped strawberries. Close with the other half and decorate with strawberry. Serve immediately.
