- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Crystal Sugar to taste
- In a pan put all the ingredients except the gelatin. Mix well and place over medium heat. When the margarine is completely melted, add the gelatin and mix well. When the candy is dropping from the bottom of the pan and getting to the point of brigadeiro, you can turn it off and put it in a bowl to rest for 2 hours until it gets firm. Then roll the candy and pass it in crystal sugar before serving.
