- Semisweet Chocolate190 g
- In a blender, beat 2 cans of condensed milk and 2 cans of whey-free cream, let it beat for 5 minutes
- Chop the chocotone into cubes (+- 3cm)
- Place the panettone cubes in a mold (which can go into the frezzer) and cover with the blender mixture, using a fork, dip the chocolates that rise to remove the air.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Chop the chocolate and melt every 30 seconds in the microwave, stirring constantly.
- Mix the cream (without the whey) with the melted chocolate and pour the mixture over the ice cream.
- Take it to the freezer for 6 hours or overnight!
