- cup of sugar1.1/2 cup
- cups of milk3 cup
- can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Eggs (sifted yolks)3 unit(s)
- can (360g) plus a can (200g) of sour cream2 can(s)
- semisweet chocolate230 g
- Flat spoons of cornstarch4 tablespoon
- Bring the banana with the sugar to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly until it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat and add half of the milk cream box. Reserve
- Light cream: dissolve the starch in the milk. Add the condensed milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Reduce the heat and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly, turn off the heat and add the remaining cream from the box.
- Dark cream: melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and add the remaining cream from the can, mixing well until a smooth and shiny mixture is obtained.
- In a large bowl or in individual bowls, place a layer of banana jam and another of light cream and cover with chocolate cream.
