- Water200 ml
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Powdered milk1 cup
- Toddy or nescau4 tablespoon
- Whipped cream250 ml
- Strawberry1 to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar.
- Boil water and oil and set aside.
- After beating the eggs and sugar until it forms a cream, gradually add the flour interspersing with the water, do this process until it's over.
- Beat just a little more to mix, and add the yeast. And bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- In a pan put 1 condensed milk, 1 cream and the nescau, make the brigadeiro (but don't leave it at the point of rolling)
- In another pan, add the condensed milk and the cream and mix until it thickens a little, add the powdered milk and that's it.
- Now baked cake and fillings ready, with the aid of a bread knife, open the layers of the cake. Cover with plastic and place the first layer of the cake, wet it with milk and place the first filling, put another dough, soak and the other filling, finally the last layer of the cake wet and close with the plastic. Place in the fridge for at least 6 hours to set.
- Whip the ice cream and decorate your cake to taste.
