- Cake preparation method: Add the eggs, sugar, milk and butter (3 tablespoons) to the mixer. Beat until it becomes a cream, turn off and put the wheat flour, stir a little with a spoon and then turn the mixer on again and gradually add the milk until the dough is homogeneous, not too soft and not too hard. Beat for 3 minutes+or-. Turn off and add the yeast and mix in the dough with a spoon stir slowly so as not to create bubbles in the dough. Inté the form and sprinkle with wheat. Pour the dough into the pan and bake at 180°, let it bake until the dough is golden a little or insert a toothpick to see if it is baked or not.
- Filling: In a pan, pour the condensed milk and the rest of the butter, turn on the low fire and keep stirring until it starts to thicken. Turn off the heat later and pour into a bowl, wait for it to cool and set aside.
- Decoration Pour the whipped cream with the powdered milk in the mixer and let it beat until it gets hard, separate a little to mix the colors you want
- Mounting: Line the mold with plastic to cover the cake later. Take a half of the cake, put it in the form, soak it well with sugar water, pour the filling and spread it evenly on the cake, put the other half and wet it well to make both parts very fluffy. Cover with plastic and place in the fridge for 40 minutes. Unmold onto the appropriate tray and start decorating. With whipped cream your way
