  • Milk or semisweet chocolate eggshell50 g
  • Can of Sour Cream1 unit(s)
  • Semisweet chocolate or 70% cocoa90 g
  • Bis10 unit(s)
  1. Melt the semisweet chocolate (90g) in the microwave every 30 seconds until completely melted and add the cream, mix well until smooth and creamy
  2. Place in a bowl, cover with cling film and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  3. Cut the bis into pieces and reserve.
  4. Place the ganache inside the chocolate egg shells filling to the top of each shell, finish with the bis pieces 🤤🍫🐇
  5. Tip: store in fridge 😉
