- Milk1 l
- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Gem2 unit(s)
- Before lighting the fire, dissolve the starch and the milk, the yolks, the condensed milk and the butter.
- Turn on the fire, low and stir until it boils and thickens, let it cook for about 7 minutes covered. Reserve.
- Chop the Bis (if you want you can leave some whole to decorate)
- In a form put the cookies and cream and go alternating until the middle of the form and put some of the bis and finish interspersing between biscuit and cream.
- Finish with the cream and decorate with the rest of the Bis. If you want, you can moisten the biscuit with a little milk. And I like to split cream in half and make half chocolate and half vanilla. Use your imagination however you want 😘.
