condensed milk395 g
Sour cream100 g
Semisweet Chocolate50 g
Cocoa Powder1 dessert spoon
Unsalted butter1 dessert spoon
Granulated confectionery to taste
Skewers10 unit(s)

In a pan mix the condensed milk with the cream, chocolate, cocoa powder and butter.
Take to the low fire to cook stirring constantly until it rolls up.
Transfer the brigadeiro dough to a plate, let it cool and then take it to the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Grease your hands with butter, shape the balls and roll them in the sprinkles.
Skewer the balls on the skewer and serve immediately.
