- The first step is the brigadeiro cream🍫: In a pan put condensed milk, margarine and chocolate powder. Stir until you turn into a consistent cream (porridge), book and let it cool.
- The second step is the Cream: In a pan put the condensed milk, milk, cornstarch and the two egg yolks. Stir until you turn into a consistent cream (porridge), book and let it cool.
- Third step is Coverage: With a whisk in hand, beat only the egg whites until they form a sigh. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating. Then add the cream, beat only to mix (do not beat too much).
- Now is the final pass to ASSEMBLING THE PAVE: In a glass dish place: 1st layer – brigadeiro cream (cold). 2nd layer – finely chopped black bis. 3rd layer – white cream (cold). 4th layer – coverage. 5th layer – decorate with an encore of your choice. Take it to the fridge and let it freeze, and I served this wonderful dessert that I love to make so much!
