- Cold canned cream without whey (Nestle)1 cup
- Cold canned cream without whey (Nestle)1/2 cup
- Whole milk1 cup
- Sugar2/3 cup
- Chocolate powder (from the priests)1 cup
- Dark diamond chocolate bar180 g
- In a blender, beat the whey-free cream (should be cold), the milk, the sugar and the powdered chocolate for about 4 minutes until smooth and creamy (bubbles form).
- Put it in a glass pot and add pieces of dark diamond chocolate and mix well
- Finish with more pieces of black diamond on top, close with the lid and take to the freezer for at least 6 hours until firm.
- Tip: remove from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving
