- Recipe
- For the berry syrup: berries2 cup
- Sugar3/4 cup
- For the microwave chocolate cake: cocoa powder1/3 cup
- Wheat Flour1/2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Melted butter1/2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1/2 tablespoon
- For the chocolate mousse: milk1 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Milk or semisweet chocolate150 g
- For Chantilly: fresh cream300 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Put all the ingredients for the red fruit syrup in a pan over low heat and let it cook for 20 minutes. Cool down.
- For the microwave chocolate cake Mix the chocolate powder, sugar, eggs and melted butter in a bowl with the help of a wire whisk. Then add the flour and yeast. Pour into a refractory greased with butter (maximum half the height of the bowl so it does not leak when it grows) and microwave for 4 minutes. Let it cool and cut into 1 cm slices.
- For the chocolate mousse separate the eggs. Put the milk, egg yolks, sugar and chopped chocolate in a pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to boil. Place immediately in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let cool. Beat 2 egg whites and gently incorporate them into the (already cold) cream. First half the egg whites, then repeat.
- For the whipped cream, beat the cold fresh cream with the sugar until firm. Be careful not to overdo it and turn into butter.
- For Assembly: First place a layer of mousse, followed by slices of cake, then the red fruit syrup and whipped cream. Repeat all layers and finish with chocolate zest and red fruits.
