- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Canned cream1/2 unit(s)
- Cream Cheese600 g
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- Orange zest1 tablespoon
- Cold cream1 can(s)
- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Blackberry jam1 unit(s)
- In a bowl add the wheat flour, butter and half a box of cream. Mix well with your hands until you get a very homogeneous mass. Cover with a plastic film and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Open the dough with a roll and forge the bottom and sides in a removable bottom shape. Take to preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese, condensed milk and cream in a blender. Add the orange zest and mix.
- Pour the stuffing into the pre-baked dough and return to the oven until the stuffing is firm and lightly golden.
- Let it cool and cover with blackberry jam. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
