- . Remove the filling from the cookie, place in the processor with the melted margarine and beat until crumbs. Pour this farofa in a 20cm diameter shape, filling the bottom and side . Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Remove from the oven and wait for it to cool.
- Lemon mousse Beat 1 condensed milk and 1 cream with the juice of the 3 lemons in the blender for about 3 minutes. Pour the mousse over the already baked cookie dough.
- In a pan, mix the other condensed milk with the cream and chocolate and mix, the brigadeiro needs to be very creamy, let it cool and put it on top of the lemon mousse
- Whip the whipped cream and decorate with lemon zest and chocolate, leave in the fridge for 2 hours and serve.
