- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- MILK100 ml
- Food coloring (optional)1 to taste
- For the syrup: Mix the condensed milk, the milk and a few drops of the coloring, stir over medium heat until it reaches the point you want for the topping.
- Whisk the eggs, sugar, oil and beetroot in a blender until smooth. Then put the mixture in a bowl and add the wheat slice. Mix and place in a greased form. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 min.
