- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Refined sugar3 cup
- Chemical yeast for cake1 tablespoon
- 1 pinch of salt1 to taste
- Oil for greasing the mold1 to taste
- Flour for dusting the mold1 to taste
- Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a rectangular shape of approximately 30cm x 25cm with oil, sprinkle with wheat flour and beat the shape to remove the excess. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, salt and set aside. Peel the carrots, cut into slices and place in a blender, add the oil, sugar and eggs and beat until smooth. Gradually start adding the liquids to the dry ingredients, use a fouet to mix the ingredients until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass. Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes. After that time, insert a toothpick into the center of the dough. If the toothpick comes out clean, it's time to remove it from the oven, if it comes out with a little dough, put the cake back in the oven until completely baked. Cut the cake while it is still warm without removing it from the pan.
