- Oil100 ml
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender place the carrots, oil and eggs. Beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the sugar and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Pour into a container and then add the wheat flour and mix well until a homogeneous and smooth mass.
- Add the yeast and stir gently.
- Put the dough in a greased shape with margarine and wheat flour.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 45 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold. Finish with a chocolate syrup.
