- 2 1/2 wheat flour2 cup

- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest1/2 dessert spoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Can of condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest for garnish to taste
- In a bowl, sift the flour, along with the yeast, add the lemon zest and set aside. In the blender, place the eggs (with the sieved yolks) the oil, the lemon juice and the sugar and beat for 2 minutes.
- Grease a mold with a hole in the middle, and set aside. Turn the oven to 180 degrees. Pour the blender mixture into the bowl containing the dry ingredients, and stir well. Put it in the shape, and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, for 25 minutes or until its surface is golden. Insert a toothpick or knife tip and if it comes out dry, turn off the oven and remove. Unmold cold.
- Mix the ingredients, minus the zest. Place over the warm cake. Decorate with the zest and serve.
