- Skimmed natural yoghurt1 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sugar2 cup
- Yeast for cake1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 cup
- In a blender, beat the yogurt, oil and eggs until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Set aside, sift 2 times and add the flour, sugar and yeast
- With the blender on, add the dry mixture.
- Put it in a greased shape with a hole in the middle and bake in a medium oven 200c for 40 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
