Ingredients: - 1 and 1/2 cup of cooked chickpeas - 1/2 cup peanut butter - 1/4 cup of oat flour - 2/3 cup brown or coconut sugar - 1/4 cup of cane molasses (or coconut nectar) -1/2 cup plant-based milk - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional) - 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda - 1/2 tablespoon of yeast Mix all ingredients in a blender, except for the yeast, until a homogeneous mass is formed. Chickpea pieces cannot remain. Add the yeast and whisk gently to incorporate. Place in a small greased or silicone shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 hour before unmolding.
