- Wheat flour2 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Natural yogurt1 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Yeast2 teaspoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Blueberry1 cup
- Sicilian lemon (juice and zest)1 unit(s)
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- White chocolate chips1/3 cup
- In a stand mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes.
- Add yogurt, vanilla and oil, beat until blended.
- Sift the flour and yeast into a separate bowl and mix
- Add the flour mixture to the mixer mixture. Add in portions and beat manually with a fouet.
- Add lemon zest and juice, mix.
- Add the blueberry and white chocolate, mix everything together and place in the muffin cups.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden.
