- Natural Yogurt150 g
- Oil1/2 cup
- Wheat flour1.1/4 cup
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Blueberrys/Blueberries1 cup
- Sugar2/3 cup
- First, beat the egg and sugar with a whisk. Add the lemon zest and juice, yogurt and oil and mix. Add the flour and mix well. Add the yeast and blueberries (I used Swift's frozen ones) Just fill in the form. I put 3 more blueberries in each muffin on top of the dough. I used a mold for 12 muffins, but you can also use the paper or silicone molds. Bake in a preheated oven at 190º for approximately 20 minutes.
