Pot of natural yogurt1 unit(s)
Eggs4 unit(s)
Oil or coconut oil1/2 cup
Demerara sugar2 cup
Wheat or almond flour2 cup
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Fresh Blueberries125 g

In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy with a fork.
Add the natural yogurt, the oil and stir again.
Add sugar and sifted flour and mix well until smooth
Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
Add the blueberries and mix
Pour the dough into silicone molds
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Wait to cool down and unmold
