- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- plant milk1 cup
- Blueberry (or strawberry, mango, raspberry, apple...)1 cup
- Cane molasses2 tablespoon
- Orange (juice)0.5 unit(s)
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Grind the cornstarch with the help of a blender or food processor. Add the coconut oil and mix well. It has a texture of modeling clay. Open in 5 molds evenly, pressing well on the bottom and sides. Place in the fridge to rest.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and place in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until it thickens (it's very fast). Place in the fridge and wait for it to cool. Gently unmold the pies so they don't break. Add the stuffing and serve chilled. You can cut orange pieces to serve together!!
