- Sugar2 cup
- Milk200 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Whole eggs2 unit(s)
- Beat the eggs, butter, milk and coconut milk in a blender.
- Add the sugar, wheat flour and cornmeal to the blender.
- Add the yeast and mix lightly.
- Grease the baking dish with butter and flour and place the dough
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for 50 minutes.
- Now just eat your hot cornmeal cake!
