- Preparation mode Mix all the ingredients and take it to the low fire until it thickens (it has to release from the bottom of the pan, just like brigadeiro)
- In a pan, mix the cream and the chopped chocolate, stir over low heat until smooth (you can melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave)
- Then put it in the pan to make the ganache.
- Let it cool down for a few minutes before putting it on top of the white cream.
- Mounting Put a layer of strawberry or grape, pour the white cream, put another layer of the fruit.
- Put more white cream and last the ganache, take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- This recipe was for this large platter, if you want to make it smaller just use half of the recipe. It's delicious!
