- Simple Sugar Syrup20 ml
- Sicilian lemon juice25 ml
- Aquafaba20 ml
- Aromatic Bitter Ex (dashes)3 unit(s)
- 5x6 Translucent Ice1 unit(s)
- Place the 5x6 translucent ice cube in a low glass.
- Pour the liquid ingredients directly into a cocktail shaker and fill it with plenty of ice.
- Close the shaker with its other part and shake the drink vigorously until the shaker feels cold in your hand.
- Open the shaker and double strain the drink from one part of the shaker to the other.
- Discard the ice used to shake the drink and reseal the shaker by shaking its contents again, without the ice, amply in a straight, top-to-bottom motion.
- Open the cocktail shaker and strain the drink directly into the low glass already with the 5x6 translucent ice.
- Garnish the drink with 3 drops of Angostura, evenly arranged as in the photo and serve.
