- Large apple cut into medium cubes1 unit(s)
- Oat flakes2 tablespoon
- Cracked walnuts3 unit(s)
- Cinnamon Powder1 coffee spoon
- Honey1 dessert spoon
- Coconut oil1 dessert spoon
- In a nonstick skillet, heat the coconut oil and sauté the apple for 3 minutes.
- Add the oats, cinnamon and nuts and continue to cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add the honey, mix and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with unsweetened natural yogurt.
