- Chocolate 70% (those who like it can make 85%)200 g
- Peanut without skin and salt50 g
- Chop and melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. If melting in the microwave, put 30 seconds, remove, stir and repeat this process until completely melted. Then add the peanuts and mix well. Have 1 spoon (dessert) full in each silicone mold and take it to the fridge. Once it's hard enough, uninform it to eat.
- Keep it in the fridge in the silicone mold itself and only remove it when you're going to eat. You can replace peanuts with chopped nuts, almonds, macadamias or walnuts.
