- Start by roasting the peanuts in a pan. Reserve the roasted peanut (if it has a shell, remove the shell with the help of a sieve) scrape all the brown sugar and place it on low heat with 1/2 cup of water, wait for it to become a syrup, when it thickens, turn off the heat. In a blender, crush the peanuts after it cools. Mix the crushed peanut with the rapadura syrup and keep stirring until it becomes a heavy homogeneous mass. Grease a mold with plenty of flour and place the candy. When it cools you can cut and serve.
