- Milk1/3 cup
- Sugar for the syrup1 cup
- Melt the sugar for the syrup, over medium heat without water, just the sugar and set aside.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add it to the mold already with the syrup, put it in the oven on high heat, inside a second larger mold with 2 to 3 fingers of hot water (you can already leave this mold in the oven to heat up while preparing the pudding) cover with aluminum foil approximately 40 to 50 minutes
