- Mix all ingredients in a blender .
- Prepare the syrup with 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water, after getting a caramel consistency, add the mold.
- Place the blender mixture in the shape and bake in a bain-marie for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Pierce with a toothpick and unmold.
